The Challenge

Non-technical users needed a way to launch a fully responsive, professional website fast — while still being able to genuinely customize their branding (colors, fonts, content) rather than settle for a generic template, and to keep updating that content afterward without touching code or filing a request with a developer. The platform also had to serve both Arabic and English audiences from day one, and needed a reliable, automated way to handle what happens to a site's data once a subscription lapses.

The platform is built around a modular template engine and an automated provisioning pipeline that turns a template choice into a live site:

• Modular template engine: a library of 30+ pre-built, fully responsive templates spanning business sites, online stores, blogs, and portfolios, each swappable without touching the underlying codebase.
• Automated site provisioning: selecting a template automatically provisions a fully configured, live site instance — collapsing what would normally be a manual setup process into an on-demand generation flow.
• Built-in content management system: every generated site ships with an integrated CMS, so owners can edit content, pages, and structure directly — no developer or redeployment required.
• Live theming layer: once a template is selected, colors, fonts, and branding can be customized directly on top of the template system without breaking its underlying structure.
• Bilingual delivery (Arabic & English): the platform and every generated site support full Arabic/English delivery, including RTL layout, from a single content model.
• Automated account lifecycle: subscription expiration triggers a defined grace-period window before an automated data-retention process runs its course — removing the need for manual account cleanup.
